Requirements for a lease:

• One month deposit
• One month ahead
• Two months of commission
• Capital Assurance, preferably in the immediate family
• Tenant's paycheck / a

The tenant must be of legal age and have ID card or passport with current address. It is essential to the presentation of a Capital Guarantee and acceptance of a Guarantor (preferably a family member), this will support the tenant to meet its obligations and responsibility to pay what it will get due.
